Resort-Grade Video Production in Paradise Valley
Paradise Valley fits nine resorts and roughly 12,800 residents into 15.4 square miles zoned, almost entirely, one house per acre. There is no downtown and there are barely any storefronts, so the video work here is never shopfront advertising. It is resort and hospitality film, estate property film, and personal-brand content for the founders, physicians, attorneys and investors who live on Mummy Mountain and run their companies somewhere else. Influence Studios has shot at that altitude for Lamborghini, Ferrari and Rolls-Royce, and the same crew, cameras and color pipeline show up for a house on Casa Blanca Drive.
Why Paradise Valley
Local knowledge. National-grade craft.
Getting here is almost comically simple. The studio sits just off Glendale Avenue, and Glendale Avenue becomes Lincoln Drive at 21st Street, then runs straight east through town past Omni Montelucia, the Camelback Inn and Mountain Shadows. One road, about half an hour. Crews arrive small and quiet on purpose, because the town treats film production on a residential lot as a special event and a shoot that takes street parking needs a valet permit on top of it, both of which get sorted in pre-production. Concept, scripting, direction, edit, color, sound and CGI all live in-house, and when the shot wants a controlled stage instead of a hillside, the Glendale facility is the same drive in reverse.
Nine resorts in 15.4 square miles
Sanctuary, Mountain Shadows, the JW Marriott Camelback Inn, the Hermosa Inn and Omni Montelucia all sit inside town limits. Property films, spa and culinary reels, and event sizzles shot around guests rather than through them.
Estates that have to look like the price
One-acre minimum lots, hillside builds and guard gates at Clearwater Hills. Listing films with drone exteriors, twilight second unit, and a walkthrough that holds attention past the entryway.
Personal brands, not storefronts
The town is residential by design, so the client is usually the owner. Face-to-camera libraries, keynote reels and podcast episodes, batched so a single studio day covers a quarter of content.

Photography in Paradise Valley
Architectural, editorial and resort photography
Camelback's sandstone turns red about twenty minutes before sunset and the whole town becomes a lighting setup. We shoot architectural and estate stills in that window, twilight exteriors for brokers working Invergordon and Lincoln Drive, and resort libraries hospitality teams can actually reuse across a season. Editorial portraits happen on your patio or in the Glendale portrait studio, where a motorized six-color seamless, a Victorian book wall and a 150 sq ft grass wall cover five distinct looks in one sitting. Same director on stills and motion, so the campaign matches.
Shoot on location here, or bring it to the Glendale portrait studio: five standing sets including a motorised six-colour seamless wall, a Victorian book wall and a 150 sq ft grass wall, from $49/hr.

The studio anchors it
The stage behind every Paradise Valley shoot.
When the location won’t cooperate (heat, light, noise), production moves to our 10,000 sq ft Glendale facility: a 30 ft LED volume wall, a 2,000+ sq ft cyclorama stage, a podcast suite, and standing sets. Every space books by the hour, online.
Good to know
Paradise Valley questions, answered.
Often, yes. The town lists film production and the temporary commercial use of a residential property among the activities that require a special event permit, and a separate valet permit applies when a shoot takes street parking. Influence checks with the town during pre-production, files what is required, and keeps the crew footprint small enough that the neighbors never notice.
Yes, with the property's sign-off. Sanctuary, Mountain Shadows, the Camelback Inn and Montelucia all run busy calendars, so we scout with their operations team, take an early call time before the pool decks fill, and bank the guest-free coverage first.
A typical package is a 60-90 second hero film, a vertical cut for social, drone exteriors at golden hour plus a twilight pass, and a stills set delivered the same week. Aerials get planned around the Camelback and Mummy Mountain approaches so the house stays the subject and the mountain stays the backdrop.
