Terms of Service

Influence Studios LLC(“Influence Studios,” “we,” “us”) operates a video production company and rental studio at 7018 N 57th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301. By booking a production, renting the studio or equipment, submitting a form on this site, or using the client portal, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Every production, rental, and custom booking is governed by its own written agreement: the scope, deliverables, revisions, deposits, cancellation terms, ownership, and licensing are all set there, per project, before work starts. Nothing on this page replaces that agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

Self-serve studio bookings made through this site are confirmed with their own booking terms at checkout, including the current cancellation policy for the space and time you book.

We carry insurance and we take care of your project, but there are limits to what any production company can promise. To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, our total liability arising out of a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost campaigns, or missed launch dates.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We keep working copies of active projects on redundant storage and we do not treat your footage casually. Even so, storage fails. Our responsibility for lost footage is limited to reshooting the affected material where a reshoot is possible, or refunding the affected portion of the booking where it is not. Archive anything irreplaceable yourself as well.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the courts of Maricopa County have jurisdiction. Before filing anything, call us: almost every dispute in this business is a conversation someone did not have. [Decide whether to add arbitration and a class action waiver].

This section is our messaging programme terms. It applies only if you ticked a messaging box on one of our forms.

• Programme: Influence Studios sends booking and account messages, and, separately, marketing messages about studio availability, production services, gear rentals, specials, and events.
• Frequency: marketing message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Booking and account messages are sent as needed for your request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your carrier may.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to end it. You may also call or email us, or reply in plain language. We honour a request made by any reasonable means, and we apply it across text, automated calls, and marketing email, not just the channel you used.
• Help: reply HELP, call (602) 641-4850, or email info@influenceaz.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to marketing messages or automated calls is never a condition of booking, buying, hiring, or receiving a reply from us.

We never share or sell mobile phone numbers, or text messaging opt-in data and consent, to anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. That includes our sister companies. Those details go only to the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf.

Automated and AI voice calls: where you have agreed to them, calls may be placed with an autodialer, a prerecorded message, or an AI generated voice. Every such call names Influence Studios at the start, tells you if the voice is AI generated, gives you a callback number, and offers a way to opt out during the call. We call and text between 8am and 9pm in your local time.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and the version in force when you booked is the version that governs that booking. Material changes to the messaging programme are notified to anyone enrolled in it.
