Privacy Policy

Influence Studios LLC is a video production company and rental studio located at 7018 N 57th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301. This policy covers our website at influencestudiosaz.com, including its contact forms, studio and production booking flows, and the client portal.

We collect information you provide directly and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically.

• Contact and quote forms: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the project details you share.
• Booking flows: the space or service you book, dates and times, attendee or crew notes, and billing contact details.
• Phone, text, and email: the contents of messages you send us, including production requirements and feedback.
• Automatic data: device type, browser, pages visited, referring page, and approximate (city-level) location, used in aggregate to understand site traffic.
• Consent evidence: when you submit a form we record which permission boxes you ticked, the exact wording that was on screen, a timestamp, the page URL, your IP address, and your browser user agent. We keep it as proof of the permission you gave.
• Where you came from: whether you found us through a search, a social post, an ad, or a link, recorded in your browser's own storage and attached to your enquiry if you send one. No cookie, and nothing that identifies you.

Payments for bookings are handled by our payment processor. Card numbers go directly to the processor over an encrypted connection. Influence Studios never sees or stores your full card details.

• Responding to inquiries and preparing quotes.
• Scheduling, confirming, and reminding you about bookings and shoot days (by email, phone, or text where you have provided a number).
• Producing and delivering your project, including sharing cuts for review.
• Invoicing and payment records.
• Occasional marketing about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and replying STOP ends text messages.
• Improving the website using aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Form and booking submissions are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, HighLevel, which processes them on our behalf so we can respond, schedule, and send booking confirmations and reminders. The CRM stores your contact details, message history, and booking records under its own security and data-processing commitments. We keep CRM records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies: essential cookies that keep sessions and preferences (like your light/dark theme choice) working, and analytics that tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Analytics data is not used to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential features such as booking checkout may not work with all cookies disabled.

We do not use tracking cookies, and our analytics do not set a cookie or identify you personally.

We do store two things in your browser’s own storage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to anyone else: where you first arrived from (for example a search, a social post, or an ad), and where you arrived from this visit. If you later submit a form, that arrival information is attached to your enquiry so we know which of our efforts actually reached you. It holds nothing you did not arrive with, no identifier of you, and no record of your activity on other sites. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Our portfolio and service pages embed videos hosted on YouTube. Embeds load as click-to-play previews: no data is sent to YouTube until you press play. Once you play a video, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and collect viewing data under the Google Privacy Policy. Links to our social profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.

• Service providers that run parts of the site for us (hosting, the CRM, the payment processor, the messaging provider, and email delivery), only as needed to provide the service.
• Our sister companies, Influence Marketing (social, SEO, and paid media) and Influence Rentals (camera, lighting, and grip gear rental), so they can help with related work. We share your name and email address with them, and never your phone number. If you would rather we did not, email or call us and we will stop it.
• Professional advisors and authorities where the law requires it.
• A successor business if Influence Studios is ever merged or acquired, under the same protections.

We never share or sell mobile phone numbers, or text messaging opt-in data and consent, to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. That includes Influence Marketing and Influence Rentals. Those details go only to the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf. If a sister company wants to text or call you, it has to ask you itself.

You only receive these if you ticked a messaging box on one of our forms. Consent is never a condition of booking, buying, hiring, or getting a reply from us.

• Program: booking and account messages about your request, and, as a separate permission, marketing messages about studio availability, production services, gear rentals, specials, and events.
• Frequency: marketing message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Booking messages are sent as needed.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your carrier may.
• Stopping them: reply STOP to any message. You can also call, email, or just tell us in plain words, and we apply it across texts, automated calls, and marketing email, not only the channel you used.
• Help: reply HELP, call us, or email us.
• Automated and AI voice calls: where you agreed to them, calls may use an autodialer, a prerecorded message, or an AI generated voice. Every such call names Influence Studios at the start, tells you the voice is AI generated, gives a callback number, and offers a way to opt out during the call.
• Hours: we call and text between 8am and 9pm in your local time.

We keep personal information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus the period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. The site is served over HTTPS, access to the CRM and portal is restricted to authorized team members, and payment data is handled exclusively by the payment processor.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing contact. Send requests to info@influenceaz.com or call (602) 641-4850. We respond within 30 days and may ask for enough information to verify the request is yours. Where local law (including Arizona and applicable state privacy laws) grants you additional rights, we honor them.

The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the site before they take effect.
